Personal Biography
Married 47 years to Rosemary Aures, we have four children and six grandchildren.
Rosemary and I have also hosted 24 international exchange students from every
continent except one.
My education is in economics and accounting which has made my 1st term in office
on the Ways and Means committee a comfortable experience.
My hobbies are motorcycling, shooting, fly fishing and hunting.
Local Government Involvement
Initially I was an informed voter and an activist for conservative causes. My involvement in politics significantly
increased when I was asked to be Treasurer for Mac Warner in WV. Mac won is race for Secretary of State in
WV and did a fantastic job while in office. It was an honor to be part of his campaign having worked with many
wonderful people.
My activities with 2nd Amendment and pro-life issues in NH were such that I became noticed, months later I
ran for NH State Legislator. Having completed my 1st term and having been reelected I look forward to my
second term in the House supporting pro 2nd Amendment, pro-life, parental rights and right to work issues.
Currently I serve on the Ways and Means committee which is a great fit for my work experience and education.
