Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Children and Family Law to consider matters relating to children and youth, their rights, obligations, and protection, including all matters covered by RSA 169-B, 169-C, and 169-D, divorce, custody and child support; the application of criminal laws and sentencing to children and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
From a young age, my parents taught me the importance of putting others before myself, and I carried this mindset with me as I ventured into various service roles. Feeding the homeless in Boston as a teenager was just the beginning of my journey. As I grew older, my passion for helping others only intensified, leading me to pursue a career in emergency medical services. I became an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician on Mt. Washington, dedicating my life to saving and improving the lives of those in need.
My heart has always been drawn to supporting and uplifting those overlooked or marginalized. This passion has taken many forms, including youth leadership and child advocacy. I believe every child deserves a chance to succeed and thrive, so I opened my heart and home to foster children. Being a mother and grandmother has been one of my greatest joys, and it has only further fueled my drive to create positive change in my community.
Now, as a small business owner in the north country, I continue to find ways to give back and serve those around me. I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to represent Coos County District 7.

Miscellaneous Information:
I am passionate about animals, particularly dogs. My involvement with various dog rescue organizations has allowed me to foster and train dogs waiting to be adopted. As an enthusiast of Newfoundland dogs, I engage in hobby breeding and have successfully trained several of my Newfies to earn a Therapy Dog Title. My therapy dogs visit nursing homes, hospitals, and schools. My dogs and I also participate in competitions such as Obedience, Rally, and Dock Dogs.
