STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT to return certain insurance exchange moneys to the federal government.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Funds From Exchange Planning Grant Returned. The insurance commissioner shall return $333,000 in exchange planning grant funds awarded the insurance department by the federal Department of Health and Human Services for purposes related to the potential implementation of a state-designed health benefit exchange under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
