STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to transfer of funds by the liquor commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Liquor Commission Fund Transfers. Amend RSA 176:16, V to read as follows:

V. The commission may transfer funds totaling up to 5 percent of the commission’s operating budget in any fiscal year for any specific purposes to funds for other purposes within and among the appropriations for the operation of the commission. The commission shall report annually 60 days after the close of each fiscal year to the fiscal committee of the general court all transfers accomplished under the provisions of this section, including the purpose of each transfer. The provisions of this section shall not be subject to RSA 9:16-a, and shall be subject to RSA 9:17-a[,] and RSA 9:17-c.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
