228:73 Statutes Not Applicable. –
Any regular route passenger transportation operation conducted directly by the department or by contract with the department shall not be subject to the requirements of RSA 226-A, provided, however, that such operations shall be subject to all safety and insurance standards as set forth by the department for similar operations.
