MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS

Section 266-A:11

    266-A:11 Discontinuance of Operations. – Except as provided in RSA 266-A:10, the holder of a certificate authorizing regular route operations shall not discontinue operations carried on thereunder without the consent of the department.
