MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS

Section 266-A:3-b

    266-A:3-b Safety Requirements. – Each vehicle operated in vanpooling service shall comply with the safety requirements as issued by the department applicable to common and contract carriers of passengers for hire.
