ATHLETIC TRAINERS, GOVERNING BOARD OF

 

NOTE:

 

        The Governing Board of Athletic Trainers was established under RSA 328-F:3, I pursuant to 1997, 287:1 and 287:37, effective 1-1-98.  This legislation transferred responsibility over athletic trainers from the Board of Medicine under RSA 326-G to the Governing Board of Athletic Trainers and the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals under RSA 326-G and RSA 328-F.

 

        Pursuant to 1997, 287:58, effective 1-1-98, the existing administrative rules of the Board of Medicine relative to athletic trainers under RSA 326-F (see Med 1100) shall remain in effect until amended, replaced, or repealed through adoption of rules by the Board of Directors of the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals under RSA 328-F:13 and the Governing Board of Athletic Trainers under RSA 328-F:11, I and RSA 326-G:7.
